L.I : to develop body movement of balance and strenghth.

Stretches-L shape butter fly,cat,straddle,back,front side support.
 Rotation 1-trampoline-star fish back wards roll 1 leg/scorpion hand stand half 180. jump.
 Rotation 2-hand stand front support parrellel bar back/side/front rotation.
 Rotation3- Beam backwards-Box-cart wheel-Bench-Forward roll.
