Hit

L.I. to  have a good heart rate.

Rotation 1: my first rotation was push ups and my partner was david we took 30 sec and then swiched.

Rotation 2: for rotation 2 i did pull ups we lie down hold on to a pole on top of us and pull up and have to as many as we can in 30 sec.

Rotation 3: Then we did rotation 3, we did mountain runners we had to do it right because people always did not do it right.
